AXA AFFIN Life Insurance Berhad (“AXA AFFIN Life”) Terms and Conditions governing AXA AFFIN Life’s Club Med Family Trip Campaign (“Campaign”)
1. This Campaign is open to all Malaysians except employees of AXA Group of companies and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents or anyone connected or involved in the administration of this Campaign. All participants must be aged 18 and above.
2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein.
3. The Campaign is made available for all new purchases of eMedic Plus Family Plan. It starts on 8th June 2022 and ends on 10th August 2022. Entries received before the commencement date and after the closing time and date will not be eligible for entry into the Campaign or entertained.
4. To participate in the Campaign, you must:
a) Purchase eMedic Plus Family Plan for yourself and/or your family; and
b) keep the plan active for at least 1 month
5. One (1) participant who meets the terms set out in 4 above above will be randomly selected as the winner of this Campaign to receive a stay for 3 pax at Club Med Cherating.
6. The shortlisted winner will be selected and announced by 19th August 2022. He/She will be contacted via Private Message to provide his/her name, contact number, IC no, and email address for verification purposes before their prize can be released.
7. AXA AFFIN Life’s decision is final and binding on all participants. No correspondence, complaints or appeal will be entertained. Entries that do not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this document shall be invalid.
8. In the event that an original winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the notification within 24 hours of the announcement, AXA AFFIN Life reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize entitlement of that original winner and award the prize to a subsequent winner.
9. Once AXA AFFIN Life has contacted the randomly selected winner and have been provided with a delivery name and postal address, AXA AFFIN Life will send the winner details for their Club Med vacation booking arrangements (2 x Superior Rooms for 3 days 2 nights) between 1st September – 31stOctober 2022. Travel to and from the accommodation are not included.
10. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that AXA AFFIN Life is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with this Campaign(including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill) or as a consequence of the use of any prize or due to any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of AXA AFFIN Life or its affiliates, save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. AXA AFFIN Life reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any part of it) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control. There will be no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
12. AXA AFFIN Life will endeavour to fulfil the prize by 31st October 2022. However, it cannot guarantee this delivery time if it is due to circumstances beyond its control.
13. By participating in this Campaign, each participant grants AXA AFFIN Life permission to use his/her name and/or photos for the purpose of winner announcement only without payment of considerations, except where prohibited bylaw.
14. AXA AFFIN Life reserves the right to report offensive posts to Facebook. Offensive posts include those which contain sexual or violent content, nudity, language or imagery that is discriminatory or hateful and any other material which is deemed offensive at AXA AFFIN Life’s discretion. All offensive entries will be immediately disqualified from the Campaign.
