Campaign Eligibility:
- Purchase new policies with eCombo within the Campaign Period via https://letsgoforlife.com/.
- Policies must remain active and in-force for 3 months.
Campaign Reward/Prize:
- RM50 Touch ‘N Go eWallet credit for all purchases of our online insurance products (eMedic Plus, eCritical Early Care, eLife Protector+) under the eCombo package within the Campaign Period.
- Plus, every eCombo package (2-in-1 or 3-in-1 product combinations) are entitled to 1 entry into the Campaign Prize Draw.
- Campaign Prize Draw prizes = RM150 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit X 5
- Policies must remain active and in-force for 3 months.
Campaign Terms and Conditions:
Generali Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad (“Generali Life”) Terms and Conditions governing Generali Life’s eCombo Campaign (“Campaign”)
- This Campaign is open to all Malaysians except employees of Generali Group of companies and their associated, affiliated, or subsidiary companies, and their families, or anyone connected or involved in the administration of this Campaign.
- Persons that purchased the eCombo Plan (“the Products”) via the Let’s Go For Life platform from 6 January 2025 to 28 February 2025 (“Campaign Period”) will be automatically enrolled into the Campaign and shall be entitled to receive the Campaign Reward of RM50 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit (“Campaign Reward”) for each policy purchased provided the terms and conditions set out herein are met.
- Purchases of the Products before and after the Campaign Period will be excluded from this Campaign and no appeal or complaints will be entertained.
- Policies issued following the purchase of the Product must remain in-force for 3 months after they are purchased. Policies that have lapsed, are cancelled or surrendered within 3 months of its purchase for any reason whatsoever will be disqualified and excluded from this Campaign regardless of whether the policy is reinstated later.
- This Campaign will terminate at the end of the Campaign period, which is on 28 February 2025
- The Campaign Reward will be sent to the persons who purchased the Product during the Campaign Period via email in May 2025.
- In addition to the Campaign Reward, each eCombo Package bought via the Let’s Go For Life platform during the Campaign Period is entitled to 1 entry for the Campaign Prize Draw. A total of five (5) Campaign Prizes will be awarded to the winners who will each receive RM150 Touch ‘n Go eWallet credit in the form of reload pin.
- The Campaign Prize Draw winners will be notified via email in May 2025.
- We cannot guarantee punctuality of the crediting time if it is due to circumstances beyond our control.
- We may decline the Campaign Reward entitlement in the event any of the Terms and Conditions pursuant to this Campaign is not fulfilled. No appeals will be entertained. The Campaign Reward or the Campaign Prize Draw is non-transferable and any request for Campaign Reward or the Campaign Prize Draw to be credited to a third-party account will not be entertained.
- Each policy purchased is eligible to participate in only one campaign at a time, as offered by Generali Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad on the Let's Go For Life platform.
